She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Weir and Doris Weir (Penn); and her siblings, David Weir, Danny Weir, Jana Weir and Donna Weir.

She is survived by: her husband Mike Chutes; her children, Sarah Chutes, Beth Chutes, Carla Kroll (Jeff) and Daniel Chutes (Amber); her grandchildren, Elisa, Annelise, Lindsey, Gracie, Destiny, Brianna, Michael, Madison and Matthew; and her great grandchildren, Noah, Peyton and Dereck. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
