She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Childs and Lucille Childs (Thompson) of Mart, TX.; and her siblings, Randall, Don Childs, Audrey Lowe and Jean Feller.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Cook; her sister Margie Wilbanks; her daughters, Elizabeth Cook and Patricia; her son-in-law Todd Gullekson; her grandchildren, Katy Flanagan Barnes, Ryan Flanagan, Bailey Vetterick, Dakota Vetterick and Cassidy Grace Vetterick; and her great grandchild Harper June Barnes. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
