He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Shipley and Lamonte Shipley (Dodd); and his siblings, Doris Edgett and Homer Shipley. He is survived by: his wife Lou Ann Shipley; his children, Brad Shipley of Bellevue and Jill Gardner of Bellevue; his grandson Rayge Gardner of San Antonio; his brother Henry Don Shipley (Diana) of Henrietta, TX; and his sister-in-law Leah Shipley of Omaha, AR. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in honor of Paul to the Hospice of Wichita Falls.
