He is survived by: his children, Santha White of California, Deborah Troupe of Bellevue, TX, William Ray Staats (Cheryl) of Arlington, TX, Jimmy Ray Staats, Jr (Shelly) of Arlington, TX, Lloyd Ray Staats (Jeanene) of Midlothian, TX and Michael Metts (Gloria) of Bridgeport, TX.
