He was predeceased by: his brothers, Patrick and Gregory; and his parents, Elizabeth Ann Kuhn Miller and Stephen C Miller Sr. As (English Bull). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Diane Kunkel Miller; and his pet Pack.
