She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Minnie Hoffman and Morris Hoffman; her husband Max Levit; her children, Tracy Levit Larner (Glen), Clay Levit (Katy) and Cindy Levit; her siblings, Dr. Leonard Hoffman (Carol) and Adele Hurst; her grandchildren, Rose, Saoirse Levit, Ryan, Ian Levit and Maddox Larner; and her caregivers, Renee Jones, Oshannel Hall, Safaa Jabbar, Rochelle and Teresa Byars. She was also cherished by many other family members and close friends.
