He is survived by: his wife Ethlyn Freytag; his daughter Marianne; his son-in-law Joseph O'Dwyer; his grandchildren, Rory, John and Lucy O'Dwyer; and his nephew Tom Weber. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
