She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Hooper Smith and Norma Mulligan Smith; and her brother William Charles Smith. She is survived by: her sister Norma Cheryl Mayfield; her nephews, Michael Mayfield and David Mayfield (Erika); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kayla (Clayton), Emely and Julianna; her niece Laura Mayfield Burton (Gareth); her great-niece Katherine; and her great-nephew William.
