She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Thomas Averyt, Jr.; her sons, Tom and Bob Averyt; her parents, Najeeb K. "Jim" Jamail and Mary Musey Jamail; and her siblings, Joe N. Jamail, Elizabeth Jamail Yamin, Albert N. Jamail and Harry G. Jamail.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Averyt, Craig Averyt and Cyndi Averyt Levitt (Danny); and her grandson Spencer Levitt. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
