He is survived by: his wife Dusty Veselka; his daughter Geina Parish (Jerry); his stepdaughter Hollingshead (Tom); his grandsons, Jacob Veselka, Blake, Dierek Parish and Colton Hollingshead; and his sister Delphine Darling.
