He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe L. Moudry and Bessie Fisher Moudry; his son Rodney Moudry; the parents of child, Bessie Fisher Moudry and Joe L. Moudry; his siblings, Charles Ray Moudry, Bessie Hannon and Earline Jackson; and his parents-in-law, John L. and Emily Thoede.

He is survived by: his wife Johnelle Thoede Moudry of Houston; his children, Sherry Schneider (Dell), Edward Tim Moudry (Cindy), Rick Moudry (Tiffany Thompson) and Randy Moudry (Michelle); his grandchildren, Scott, Morgan Schneider, Amy, John Klier, Tiffany, Blake Potts, Cally Moudry (Scott Sudduth), Kyle, Alicia Moudry, Chelsea Moudry, Dixie Moudry and Logan Moudry; and his great grandchildren, Sadie, Beau, Harper Schneider, Avery Potts and Ada Moudry.
