She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Esther Slater and Irving Slater; her brother Marvin Slater; her husband Joe Altman; her children, Jodi Kessler (Glenn), Ross Altman and Sari Obermeyer (Kevin); her grandchildren, Davna Teverovsky, Jonathan Kessler (Elyssa), Macee Obermeyer, Erica Altman and Jeret Obermeyer; her nieces and nephews, J. J. Slater (Lori) and Matthew Slater (Becky); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Max, Samantha and Addison Slater; and her aunt Mildred.
