She was predeceased by: her parents, Agapito Salazar and Aniceta Salazar (Gomez); her husband Servando Soliz; her son Lorenzo Garcia; and her grandsons, Jason Rivas and Jerry Benavidez.
She is survived by: her grandson Jacob Rivas; her great grandchild Cheyenne Barrera; her children, Maria Moore (Steven) of North Carolina, Angelita Potts (Robert) of Victoria, Ysidra Benavidez of Beeville, Eloisa Rivas of Beeville, Belinda Briseno (Leonardo) of Beeville, Guadalupe Garcia of Beeville, Jesus Martinez (Beatriz) of Beeville and Rene Garcia of Utah; and her sisters, Teresa Ponder and Paula Nieto (Jesus). She is also survived by 31 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
