With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wayne Johnson of Beeville, Texas, who passed away on January 8, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Julie Armstrong (Tim) and Kathryn Howell (John); his stepdaughter Trisha Trueper; his grandchildren, Nathan Farley (Whitney), Tyler Graves (Sara), Alex Howell, Zach Howell, Madeline Howell and Jake Howell; his great grandchildren, Sloan Avery Farley, Aurora Graves and Jensen Graves; and his former wife Ann Barnes.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Wayne Johnson Memorial Fund at American Bank (216 South Alister, Port Aransas, Texas 78373) or via Venmo @holdtherope. This memorial fund will continue to support the projects that he loved in Port Aransas.
