She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Florance 'Lizzie' and George Trenton Westbrook; her former husband Arthur Frank 'Sonny Berthold; her husband Robert Duard; her son Robert Duard (Bobby Frazier, Jr.); her stepchildren, Leroy Frazier, Fred Frazier and Barbara Samples; her granddaughter Serina Ann Smith; her siblings, Clare, Calvin, Silas and Travis; and her daughter-in-law Kathy.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Smith (Richard) of Ingleside, Art Berthold (Dee) of Orange Grove, Janice Perry of Kerrville and Frank Berthold of San Angelo; and her siblings, James Westbrook (Barbara) of Harwood and Virgie Zajac of Burlington, MA. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
