She was predeceased by: her parents, Severo Guzman and Josefa G. Guzman; her husband O. C. Chavez; her daughter Mary Lou Moreno; her grandson Jose Louis Coronado; and her siblings, Margarita Romero, Paulita Guzman, Marcela Gonzales, Elvira Vasquez, Sulema Ortiz and Jose Martin Guzman.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Jane Stark, Adelita Coronado (Louis), Ida Mae, Lindsey Chavez and Paul Chavez (Brenna) of Milton Freewater; and her siblings, Lillie Ramon and Corando Guzman (Celia). She is also survived by 4 Grandchildren, 15 Great-grandchildren, 3 Great-Great-grandchildren.
