He is survived by: his children, Rick Isaacks (Patrice) and Teresa Jacobs (Brian); his grandchildren, Eric Isaacks, Cory Isaacks, Nathan Jacobs and Kayla Jacobs; and his sisters, Esther Wrinkle and Patty Collins. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
