He is survived by: his children, Richard Alan Lerch, III of Beeville, Gladys Marie Lerch (Dace Atkinson) of El Oso, Melissa Irene McNesse of Coy City, James Matthew Cooksey of Kenedy and Stacey Wayne Adams of Round Rock; and his brother Jack Franklin Moses of Fort Worth. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
