It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ortencia Cantu of Beeville, Texas, who passed away on November 2, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alejandro H. Cantu and Lillia C. Cantu; and her siblings, Cristela M. Trujillo, Maria G. Harwell, Adelinita Cantu, Melivanel Cantu Sr., Alejandro C. Cantu Jr. and Gerardo Cantu.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Dennis (Rhonda) of Victoria, TX, Mona Ayala and Jason Dennis (Maria) of Beeville, TX.; her grandchildren, Justis Ayala, Shelbie Ayala, Jacob Dennis, Devin Dennis, Abigail Dennis, Julia Dennis, Jason Dennis II, Harley Dennis and Drake Dennis; and her sisters, Emma Rangel, Janie Steed, Lillie Mae Galaz, Gloria Topewith, Alice Weyenberg, Grace Shirsefat (Ali) and Angelica McClain (Ron). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
