She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Capps and Ida Mae Capps (Edwards); and her husband James Thomas. She is survived by: her daughter Vickie Thomas of Beeville; and her nieces, Debbie Fulton of Beeville, Janette Williams Beezley of Temecula and Suzette Williams Schubert of Fountain Valley.
