She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Salazar and Trinidad Salazar (Salinas); her husband Bernard Stiles; her daughter Terri Gorski; and her siblings, Ramon, Jesus Salazar, Teresa Salazar, Estella Peloquin and Baudelia Hibbett.
She is survived by: her children, Norma Cuellar (Vicente) of Beeville, Herman Halcomb (Taunia) of Austin, William Halcomb (Carmen) of Wylie, Robert Halcomb of Houston and Bernard Stiles, Jr. of Beeville; her siblings, Jose Salazar of Beeville, Armando Salazar (Rose) of Beeville, Ralf Salazar (Elvira) of Beeville, Anita DeLuna (Ernest) of Beeville, Emma Cunningham (Frank) of Beeville, Guadalupe Alvarado (Leo) of Beeville, San Juanita Boyles of San Antonio, Dora Salazar of San Antonio and Lydia Jarrie (Kenneth) of Providence; and her aunt Elida Salinas Escalon of Beeville. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
