She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernst Voigt and Anita Voigt (Eckerman); her husband Wally Weniger; her siblings, Lillian Kunkel, Amy Mapes and Wilfred Voigt; and her great grandchild Bryan Anderson.
She is survived by: her sons, S. Marine Corps and Seguin; her grandchildren, Roxanne and Darren; her children, Dennis Weniger (Sabrina) of Nevada, Gerald Weniger (Sandy) of Lake McQueeney, Kevin Weniger (Mary) of Alaska and Roxanne Blankenship of Beeville; and her sisters, Charlene Spillman of Buda and Janie Kroesche of New Braunfels. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
