He is survived by: his wife Holly Winburn (Shelton) of Beeville; his children, Stephanie Williams (Richard) of Palo Pinto, Kenneth Wayne Jr. Winburn (BJ) of Weatherford, Brian Winburn (Amy) of Washington, D. C., Seth Winburn (Lindsay) of Weatherford and Carlos Winburn of Mineral Wells; his sisters, Peggy Carney (Mark) of Flower Mound and Kathy Garces of Howe; and his pets, Buckett and Silk. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews, loyal aviation friends.
