He was predeceased by: his father Marcelino Gutierrez. He is survived by: his wife Guillermina Gonzalez; and his children, Sandra Gutierrez (Jose Elias), Yuliana Gutierrez, Juana Gutierrez and Marcelino Gutierrez (Mary Cruz Frias). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren as well as other loving family members and friends.
