He is survived by: his wife Flora "Lita" Garcia of Beeville; his children, Linda K. Kroft, Julie A. Butler (Bobby), Cindy Ann Engelsen (Martin) and James Heath Lyvers; and his siblings, Nancy Lyon (Bill), Christina Kipper (Simon), Verna Mae Proctor (Ruben), Bernadine Fenwick, Priscilla Ice, Ronald Lyvers (Diana), Gary Lyvers, Doug Lyvers (Helen), Ricky Lyvers and Freddy Lyvers (Vicky).
