He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Chesshir and Thelma Baskin Chesshir; his former wife Helen H. Chesshir; and his sisters, Patricia Luna and Mary Carter.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene H. Anderson; his children, Jeffrey Chesshir (Rebecca), Kerry Zuhlke (Gerald), Elizabeth Earhart (David), Georgia and Lisa Tugman (Kurt); his grandchildren, Kyle Zuhlke, Nicole Zuhlke, Emili Earhart, Paige Earhart, Grace Roberson, Hannah Roberson, Alec Roberson, Courtney Potvin, Duncan Tugman, Avery Tugman and Lennis Ferrell "Bella" Tugman; and his brothers, Walter Chesshir (Edith) and Kenneth (Barbara). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
