She was predeceased by: her parents, Gregorio Sr. Cuevas and Manuela Cuevas; her husband Guillermo Martinez Sr.; and her siblings, Antonio Cuevas Sr., Enriques Cuevas, Juan Cuevas, Josie Ybarra and Janie Posada.
She is survived by: her children, Andrea Amador, Guillermo "Willie" Martinez Jr. (Esther), Diana Trevino, Carolyn Gutierrez, Frances Carrizales and Maria Martinez DeLuna (Eberardo); and her siblings, Nora Hassette Chapa and Gregorio Cuevas Jr. Jesusa. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 8 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Trevino Funeral Home (401 W Springer St, Beeville, TX 78102). A rosary was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (609 E Gramman St, Beeville, TX 78102). A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 11:15 AM to 12:00 PM at the Beeville Memorial Park (59 S East St, Beeville, TX 78102).
