He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Ruth Farias; his parents, Abel Bazan Maldonado and Carmen Garcia Maldonado; and his siblings, Abel, Raul Maldonado and Esther Martinez.
He is survived by: his children, Edward Maldonado (Rebecca), Erica Maldonado (Jesse Garcia), Jessica Maldonado and Jesus Maldonado Jr. (Norma Sanchez). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, with four more great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oak Park Memorial (4599 US-181 BUS, Beeville, TX 78102). A rosary was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (605 S Alta Vista Blvd, Beeville, TX 78102). A burial was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Victory Cemetery (Old Houston Hwy, Beeville, TX 78102).
