He was predeceased by: his parents, Roberto Martinez and Ruth Martinez (Chavez); and his sisters, Mary Coyne of Sacramento, CA and Dorothy Crowe of Virginia Beach, VA.. He is survived by: his wife Tina Martinez of Beeville; his children, Yvonne M, Figueroa, Alisha M. Barbe and Jerry Martinez, Jr. of Sacramento, CA; and his stepsons, Ozzie Salinas (Cindy) and Charles Salinas (Leticia). He is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
