He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Newman and Elizabeth Newman (Reader). He is survived by: his significant other Sandy Belcher; his children, Julie Gary, Rick Gary, Lisa Gary Molton and Tamme Leff; his siblings, Betty Laughlin, Evelyn Price and Kenneth Newman; and his grandchildren, Bowen Belcher, James Belcher and Medleynn Belcher. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
