He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles William and Jewel Millikin (Miller); his wife Elizabeth Faith Dodgen; his children, Richard (Tege), Marcia, Joel and Michael; his brother Charles William Millikin Jr. (Marilyn); his grandchildren, Ryan Millikin (Tristyn), Connor Millikin, Bryce Nayden and James Lucas Nayden; and his great grandchildren, Fischer Kate Millikin and Lane James Millikin. He was also cherished by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
