He was predeceased by: his parents, Pablo Gonzales and Josefina Gonzales (Peña); and his sister Lorraine Gonzales. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher Gonzales of Schulenburg and Israel Gonzales, Jr. of Houston; and his siblings, David Gonzales (Florinda) of Beeville, Mary Saenz of Seabrook, Suzy Piña of Sinton, Sylvia Lee of Iraan and Cynthia Alvarez of Alice. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
