He was predeceased by: his parents, Pablo Hernandez and Adelaide Vasquez Hernandez; his wife Loretta Lopez; his sons, Herman Jr. and Anthony Hernandez Sr. (Tony); his daughter-in-law Katrina Lara Hernandez; his brother Ray; and his sister-in-law Nilda Hernandez.
He is survived by: his son Paul Lopez Hernandez of Midland; his grandsons, Anthony Jr., Carlos, David Hernandez of Fort Worth and Zack Lewis of Midland; his great grandchild Angelina Marie Hernandez; and his brother Paul Hernandez (Mary) of Katy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
