He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Conder and Cova Conder; his siblings, Ina Warmoth, Jean Niepagen, Geneva Rist, James Conder, Elmer Conder Jr. and Clarence Reed; and his brother-in-law Wayne Niepagen.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Conder of Beeville; his sons, Travis G. Burns and John P.; his siblings, Janet Brady (Tom), Ruby Risselman, Lida Chapman, Helen Wilkins (Dave) and Larry Conder; his granddaughter Makayla Burns; his sister-in-law Bonnie Mann; his mother-in-law Edward Mann; his niece Tiffany Mann; and also, Virginia Mann and Aubree Martinez.
