She was predeceased by: her parents, Lorenzo Everett and Josefa Alvarado Cantu; and her siblings, Lorenzo Cantu Jr., Robert Lee Cantu, Henry Cantu, Ernest Everett "Neto" Cantu, Elida Garcia and Rosa Linda Fernandez.
She is survived by: her sons, Bobby Aguilar (Lisa) and Douglas Aguilar (Pamela); her grandchildren, Robert Francisco "Bobby" Aguilar and Christina E. Aguilar; and her sisters, Yolanda Garcia (Santos), Josie Rosette (Isidro "Stormy") and Mary Alvear. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends.
