He is survived by: his children, Karen Garcia of Spartanburg, Bryan Garcia (Paula) of Beeville, Leandro Cisneros Jr. (Felicita) of Beeville and Joe Anthony Cisneros Sr. (Victoria) of Beeville; his siblings, Lillie Woods (James) of Houston, Maclovia Matthews Garmany (Robert) of Houston, Mary Helen Lino of Beeville, Gloria White of Beeville, Cynthia Ivey (Odell) of Beeville, Sylvia Ochoa of Pasadena, Mauro Garcia Jr. of Pasadena and Ramiro Garcia (George Quanzer) of Kingwood; his grandchildren, Victor Orellana Jr., Jonathan Orellana (Celia), Justin Garcia, Ryan J. Garcia, Natalie M. Garcia, Braxtyn J. Garcia, Skylette R. Cisneros, Ariann R. Cisneros, Wyatt L. Cisneros, Jasmine N. Cisneros, Joe A. Cisneros Jr., Maria H. Cisneros and Daniel L. Cisneros; and his great grandchildren, Eli Orellana, Victoria R. Cisneros and Lillie R. Cisneros. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
