She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Geborne Deppert Weitzel and Friedrich Weitzel; her children, Gerda Marie Miller, Cynthia Lee Keener, Rodger Erich Miller and Diana Lynn Pearson; and her parents-in-law, Andres Castillo, Sr. and Dora Castillo (Hernandez).
She is survived by: her husband Bernardino "Bernie" Castillo of Beeville; her son John Oliver Miller of Washington; and her siblings-in-law, Andres Castillo (Yolanda) of Beeville, Francisco "Frank" Castillo (Sylvia) of Beeville and Pauline Loredo of Cypress. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
