He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Tom "Bud" Coley Jr. and Regena Faye Coley (Mulinix); and his brother Charlie Coley. He is survived by: his close friend Debbie Martinez of Beeville; his daughter Tricia Sugarek; his grandsons, Joe Moreno Jr. and Jorden Sugarek; his sisters, Nora Coley Racicot and Martha Morgan; and his stepchildren, Rey Martinez, Senaida Gonzales, Samantha Maldonado and Sabrina Maldonado. He is also survived by several step-grandchildren as well as numerous relatives and friends.
