He was predeceased by: his sons, John and James. He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Ray; his children, Shelley Caldwell, Wendy Brimhall, Richard Davidson and Daniel Davidson; and his spouse Judy Ann Martarano. He is also survived by his 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
