He is survived by: his son Phillip D. Cisneros (Vanessa); his grandson Israel Julio Cisneros; and his siblings, Guadalupe Cisneros (Enedina), Maria Isabel Perez (Guadalupe), Fernando Cisneros (Olga), Javier Cisneros (Graciela), Jose A. Cisneros (Lucy), Roberto Cisneros (Selsa), Angie Rodriguez (Louis), Carmina Cisneros and Jerald Cisneros (Eva). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and godchildren.
