He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesusa (Andrade) and Frank Trevino Sr.; his sister Yolanda T. Narvaez; his niece Susan Narvaez; and his nephew Gabriel Puga Jr..

He is survived by: his siblings, Robert A. Trevino (Arcilia) of Kenedy, Joe Trevino (Michelle) of Beeville, Frank Jr. Trevino (Pattie) of Flour Bluff, Frances Trevino of Beeville and Gloria Puga of Beeville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
