She was predeceased by: her parents, Abelardo Gutierrez and Dolores Gutierrez (Garcia); her husband Lorenzo Benavidez; her siblings, Adela Valdez, Lucinda Gomez and Abelardo Gutierrez; her daughter-in-law Brenda Trevino; her stepbrothers, Domingo Garcia and Alfredo Garcia; and her stepdaughter Olivia.
She is survived by: her children, Abelardo Trevino of Enid, OK, Hinez Benavidez (Sonia) of Round Rock, TX, Robert Benavidez (Velma) of Beeville, TX, Adela Lopez (Joe Henry), Herminia Reyna (Domingo) and Olga Alaniz (Luis) of Beeville, TX.. She is also survived by Eighteen grandchildren, forty one great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
