He is survived by: his sons, James, Eliazar Jr. and Adrian Segovia; and his siblings, Johnny, Richard, Arturo, Abraham (Annie), Balde Segovia (Mary Rose), Mary Ann Garcia and Rosa Tapia (Alcario). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
