He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Terry Wells Sr. and Alice Almeda Arzburger; and his stepdaughter Allison Patrick Crow. He is survived by: his wife Janis Ann Wells; his son Ronald (Karmen); his grandchildren, Heather Koncaba (Michael), Paige Wells and Mitchell Wells; his daughter Dawna Wells; his grandson Connor Garcia (Valentino); his son Michael Wells; his granddaughter Emma Wells; his sister Lorraine Morris; his great grandchildren, Lillian Koncaba and Rowan Garcia; and his grandchildren, Gavin, Georgia Grothues, Kyle and Travis Crow.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of one's choice or to the Neuroendocrine Cancer Research Foundation in memory of Allison Patrick Crow.
