She is survived by: her children, Johnny Lee Hester Jr. (Chris) of Lafayette, Louisiana and Patricia Diane Smith (Greg) of New Braunfels; her grandchildren, Brooke Elizabeth Strait (Jason), Amy Catherine Jones (Liz) and Chad Alan Guidry; her great grandchildren, Morgan and Cooper Strait; and her siblings, Cynthia Bradfute and Don Perkins.
