She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Ann Phillips (Sheeran) and Robert Phillips; and her stepfather Charles White. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Garcia of Beeville; her sons, Nathan G., Marcos, Juan and Jonathan Garcia; and her siblings, Cindi Eissler, Sean Phillips and Patrick Phillips. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
