She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Herbert Bing and Lillian Inez Bing (Eastin); her husband Henry Price; her grandson Napoleon Frank Swafford; and her brother Donald Bing.
She is survived by: her children, Elden Price (Kay) of Beeville, Terre Price (Marshall Grimes) of San Rafael, California, Becky Williams of Beeville and Jeanette Swafford of Beeville; her grandchildren, Bing Swafford of Beeville, Duane Price (Keli) of Cleburne, Diana Kroen (Michael) of Beeville, Joey Ann Royal (Ryan) of Three Rivers and Shannon Janssen (John Gandy) of San Antonio; her brother Duane Bing (Martha) of Enterprise, Kansas; and also Boris Reyes. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
