She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacinta Vera and Atanacio Gomez Perez; and her siblings, Baldomero V. Perez, Pablo V. Perez, Santos Medina, Inocencia "Chencha" Villegas, Ester Loya, Adelfa Alaniz, Lucia Cortez, Lillie Garcia and Alicia Rojas.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Limon (Fabian) of Beeville, Rebecca Rivas of Seguin, Fernando Rivas (Marta) of Beeville, Nick Rivas Jr. (Rose) of Beeville, Martin Rivas (Tammy) of Kingsville and Lawrence Rivas (L. Tammy) of Kingsville. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
