She is survived by: her mother Ruth Sandoval, Jr. (Luna); her siblings, Sandra Keller (Willie) and Bernie Sandoval III (Amy); her husband Noe Velasco; her daughter Valerie Velasco; her granddaughter Layla Rae Phillips; her nephews, Ryan, Andrew, Alex Keller, Jason, Matthew and Nicholas Sandoval; and her niece Lindsey Sandoval.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (609 E Gramman St, Beeville, TX 78102). A rosary was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
