He is survived by: his wife Rosie Garza Puente of Beeville; his children, Michael S. Puente of Beeville, Edward M. Puente of Beeville, Cirildo Puente, Jr. (Beverly) of Beeville, Elizabeth P. Ebrom (Chuck Trinidad) of Houston and Cynthia Ann Montez (Ricardo) of Beeville; and his siblings, Otilio Puente, Jr. (Alvina) of Edinburg, Martin Puente (Janie) of Houston, Benancio "Benny" Puente (Irma) of San Antonio, Teresa Guerrero (David) of Chicago Heights, Hirma Elizondo (Joe) and Celia Lusk (Micheal) of Beeville. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
